90 Day Fiancé Fans Urge Angela To Seek Help From Miona

Sep 22, 2023Sep 22, 2023

Angela Deem's unblended clip-in hair extensions aren't cutting it with 90 Day Fiancé fans. They think she should give ponytail guru Miona Bell a call.

After spotting multiple hair extension failures on- and off-screen, 90 Day Fiancé fans think Angela Deem should get professional advice from the franchise's ponytail clip-on queen, Miona Bell. Angela has become an increasingly divisive figure in the franchise, and many viewers think her behavior on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season 7 has been the worst they’ve ever seen from her. From her abusive behavior towards husband Michael Ilesanmi to her blind hypocrisy regarding her own actions, there's been a lot for fans to call Angela out on.

However, one unexpected point of criticism fans have is Angela's hairstyle choices. On the show and out in public, Angela has lately been opting for clip-on extensions, but fans aren't loving the look. An Instagram fan account, rewatchreality, shared a photo of Angela on a recent trip to New Orleans with a ponytail full of braids. "Paging Miona, Angela is in desperate need of your assistance ASAP," the caption of the photo read. Fans on a Reddit thread started by u/femme_fatale2022 were quick to jump in and voice their opinions. "Oh, that is an unfortunate choice on several levels," one commenter lamented, and another joked, "whenever you see a white woman with hair like that run and under no circumstances make eye contact."

The Reddit thread was full of comments, and many fans didn't pull their punches. Because Angela has such a bad reputation, viewers are eager to trash her online, for everything from her behavior to her appearance. Though many 90 Day Fiancé fans had strong words about Angela's look, others chose to add more productive comments that outlined the problems with Angela's hairstyle. "Her hair doesn't even make sense," one fan mused. "Those braids would start on her scalp while in reality it's an awful clip in." Others noted that Angela's clip-ins aren't the same shade as her own hair and they aren't blended in to look like a more natural ponytail.

While many commenters in the thread made reference to 90 Day Fiancé season 9 star Miona as a joke, she would actually be the ideal person for Angela to turn to for hair advice. Miona is building an empire for herself that currently rests upon her clip-on ponytail extensions. The franchise star sells different shades and styles of ponytail clip-ons, and expert hustler Miona appears to be making a sizable income off her products. Miona has also been on the receiving end of harsh criticism the way Angela has, and the two women might find that they have more in common than they’d think. Both are very active on social media and a collab between the two 90 Day Fiancé stars could boost each of their follower counts.

Though Angela hasn't done anything to rehab her image in terms of her behavior, she could at least up her style game so viewers have less to criticize. Because she's perceived by 90 Day Fiancé fans to be a terrible person, many viewers feel that means it's open season to criticize whatever they want, including Angela's appearance. Knocking someone's appearance is going after low hanging fruit, and it is generally petty and unfair—besides, there are plenty of other offenses to call Angela out on. Perhaps Miona is the key to Angela getting the style hounds off her back, so her other toxic traits can take center stage.
