Sharing candid Instagram content seems to be the theme of today; not only has Jennifer Garner sported a makeup-free face but Hailey Bieber has also gone extension-free in an IG Story, all whilst getting real about her hair growth journey. Don't you just love to see it?!

During my mindless morning scroll of the 'Gram, I almost missed Hails' hair confession – I mean, it's now so big (read: long), it's full of secrets. To caption her selfie (which, BTW is a stunner), the model writes: "It's taken me 3 years to grow my hair out [...] Officially can do a ponytail with no extensions or clip ins".

For some added context and prior to the big reveal, let's remind ourselves of what Hailey's hair looked like circa three years ago. Below is a snap from her appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon back in February 2020:

We're talking a blonde bob that sits juuust above shoulder-length.

And now, to the story she shared just a mere few hours ago:

Although styled up and in a super sleek slicked back ponytail (which is also another very on-trend style), we can certainly see that Hailey's natural locks have gained a good few inches. And not a clip-in or extension hair piece in sight!

Oh, and we also have to acknowledge that bright blue graphic liner she's also rocking. Despite the fact that it is a filter (boo!), I'm sure we can all agree that it's such a lewk. This is a call out to all the makeup artists of the world: let's get bright blue eyeliner trending again, please.
