How to tie Link's hair in a ponytail in Tears of the Kingdom

Do you miss Link's tied-back hair from Breath of the Wild? In Tears of the Kingdom, he lost his hair tie after the Upheaval, with his usual hair now just long and free. Surprisingly, there's a way to tie Link's hair back up into that same hairstyle. Luckily, if you want this hairstyle again, you can find his Well-Worn Hair Band somewhere in the game. First, you’ll want to make it to Hateno Village. Remember Link's house that you could build in Breath of the Wild? If you return to the same spot, your house is still intact. But now, it seems as though Zelda took over residence before her disappearance.

Check her diary by the bed, and keep going past a few pages. You’ll see that Zelda got Hudson to build a secret room for her. Due to needing a quieter place for working, there's now a secret room somewhere on this property.

Zelda has another diary on her desk, which will lead you to start the quest called ‘A New Champion's Tunic’. That quest will actually let you find an updated version of Link's Champion's Tunic. But if you open the chest beside her desk, inside is the Well-Worn Hair Band, safe and sound! Although it has no defense rating, now you know how to tie Link's hair back into a ponytail in Tears of the Kingdom.
